We connect with students from 7th grade through college seniors to prove that a career in the arts is a lucrative option.
Our program introduces:
Let’s plant the seeds of creativity. A Lemon Adstract Artist will meet with students to introduce each of them to their unique creativity. We use drawing, writing and photography, allowing each student to sample diverse exercises in creativity. These seeds will help young minds explore the world through the eyes of their inner artist.
Creativity is everywhere. Let’s explore how creativity is within each of us through hands-on exercises that reveal natural skills that are transferable to careers in marketing. We’ll also discuss how marketing is targeting us and impacting the decisions we make everyday. Art, writing, data analysis and project management are explored as lucrative careers.
It’s time to start exploring creative fields. We’ll work with universities to secure scholarships for students interested in creative careers and help the students to secure internships with agencies and industry professionals. Advertising and marketing can be enriched by diverse minds and we’re excited to do our part to increase the numbers of students of color exploring creative careers.
Representation matters. We want to visit with students in their classrooms to introduce ourselves and share our stories. Call us for Career Days, In-person art projects, Creative Explorations Exercises. We found different paths to our creative careers and we want to share our stories.
We’ll bring the supplies and exercises to introduce creative thinking & professional opportunities that will plant seeds for future and exploration.
Our creative professionals are available for after school programs, scouts, youth groups and other not for profit partners. We’re happy to meet the next generation of creative professionals wherever we can find them. Let’s work together to get the word out, the creative world of marketing needs our youth.
Meeting partners who are interested in supporting our mission sweetens the deal. Donations of every size are welcome, because every dollar helps get a creative professional in front of students to share their experiences, promote creative thinking, and tap into professional skills.
